Introduction
We’re probably all heard the phrase “get skinny with fiber” before, but with the modern advancements in fat burner pills, are fiber pills really the most effective way to shed excess body fat? In this AdvoCare Fibo Trim review, we’re taking a look at what we believe consumers can really expect from this popular diet pill.
Readers please note that statements on this page are fair comment based on observation. This content is produced on a matter of public interest.
What Is Fibo Trim?
Fibo Trim is a weight loss pill / fat blocker produced by a US-based MLM company named AdvoCare. Currently, AdvoCare hold a 4 star customer rating on the Better Business Bureau and have 20 complaints filed against them (8 of which have been resolved).
This product is available from the AdvoCare official website (www.advocare.com), Amazon and via one of the company’s many independent resellers. We do not believe Fibo-Trim is stocked in stores.
Fibo-Trim is a product targeted towards those who are looking for a helping hand achieving their weight loss goals. Unlike most other conventional fat burner pills that use stimulant-based ingredients to produce a thermogenic effect, the backbone of the Fibo-Trim formula is a shellfish extract named Chitosan.
One pack of AdvoCare Fibo-Trim costs $37.95, contains 60 servings and will last users for approximately 2 months, based on the directions of consuming three capsules 10-15 minutes before a meal.
Consumers of Fibo-Trim are promised effects such as faster fat loss results and reduced appetite levels.
Does AdvoCare Fibo Trim Work?
Based on our research into this product, we believe that it may potentially be useful for the purposes of losing weight, however we’ve seen numerous exaggerated and fabricated statements online about the abilities of Fibo-Trim – as a result, we do not believe it will work exactly as we’ve seen it described.
Firstly, Fibo-Trim does not contain any ingredients that will directly and independently burn body fat. Furthermore, the product doesn’t seem to contain any ingredients that have the ability to boost user metabolic rates.
This product is essentially a Chitosan-based weight loss pill, designed to inhibit fat absorption (also known as a “fat blocker”). The issue with this is that Chitosan doesn’t have any concrete evidence to suggest it actually contributes towards weight loss – the ingredient has not been recognized by both the FDA and EFSA as being effective for causing fat loss.
On a more positive note, this product contains fiber which can help suppress user appetite levels, it also contains vitamins that can help elevate energy levels (useful for gym-goers).

We have found the following AdvoCare Fibo-Trim review testimonials via customers on Amazon:
I love advocare products and I have had great results ! I am not a distributor nor do I care if anyone buys it but people are bashing a product they know nothing about lol have you tried it??? … This product in particular along with the fiber drink make my body feel non bloated and also keeps my full feeling. I fell in love during the 24 day challenge. Enjoy! And for the haters… Keep it moving 🙂
I am a fan of AdvoCare but this didn’t seem to work much. I was dieting, running and working out while taking it and I didn’t see any real difference…
Our Final Verdict On Fibo Trim
To conclude our AdvoCare Fibo Trim review, it’s a bit of a mixed bag – there are things that we like about it and things that we aren’t too blown away by. It’s not the weight management aid we’ve ever seen, but we’re not blown away by it. We believe that for a weight loss product, the formula inside Fibo-Trim is lacking and somewhat outdated. It relies heavily on Chitosan for it’s fat-blocking effects, however the ingredient has been debunked as being somewhat ineffective.
