Foodspring Shape Shake Review

Introduction

Foodspring Shape Shake Product Image

With more and more of us turning to weight loss shakes to help us shift those stubborn pounds, a seemingly endless amount of new formulas are springing up on shelves of supplement stores nationwide.

One such product, Shape Shake, appears to be a useful tool in your fight against flab, but as always, we’re very skeptical of the claims these manufacturers make.

In this Foodspring Shape Shake review we’re looking at whether this product really can deliver the results we all want.

Readers please note that statements on this page are fair comment based on observation. This content is produced on a matter of public interest.

What Is Foodspring Shape Shake

Shape Shake is a weight loss shake produced by a company named Foodspring, a german company who ship multinationally. The shake is a product within the Foodspring weight loss section, so you’d be forgiven for assuming this may be something that could tangibly help you quickly reduce your body fat percentages (like most good weight loss shakes do).

As always, when we started our Foodspring Shape Shake review we immediately looked under the hood at the formula; afterall that’s what will deliver the results.. no amount of clever branding of sleek marketing can do that. When we analyzed the formula we were almost blown away by how completely stripped bare it was; all the ingredients we expected to see in a good weight loss shake were missing – more on this later.

Users are directed to use this shake in the morning, with dinner and in the evening (with after training also being an option), as the directions are somewhat vague we assume Foodspring mean people are meant to use the product as a meal replacement shake as they state “Our Shape Shake is simply perfect as a supplement for your dinner”.

Does Foodspring Shape Shake Work?

As we stated above, the formula is completely stripped bare.. in fact it’s almost ridiculous how they can even justify 1. the price point of this product and 2. implying it’s a weight loss shake!

At the core of this product there’s Whey Protein Concentrate, which is what ads the nutritional values to the product. As for the weight loss ingredients within the shake, there is only one, L-Carnitine.. a tiny 55mg per serving (i.e. a completely ineffective dose).

To set your expectations for this product – it will not burn fat, it will not boost your metabolism and if you’re planning on using it as a meal replacement it won’t keep you feeling full for very long as it completely lacks any form of appetite suppressing ingredients. Essentially what Foodspring have created with their Shape Shake is a well-branded protein shake with a tiny sprinkle of L-Carnitine.

The Pros & Cons Of Foodspring Shape Shake

Below we’ve created two lists of what we believe are the primary positive and negative aspects of these diet shakes:

  • Contains Whey Protein which is good for muscle growth.

Are There Any Foodspring Shape Shake Reviews From Customers?

We have found the following Foodspring Shape Shake review testimonials via customers online:

Didn’t really see any results even after using the shakes for a whole month. Couldn’t stick to only eating the shake during the day as it left me feeling too hungry.

This shake tastes good but it left me on the toilet a lot.. it wasn’t pleasant!

Our Final Verdict On Foodspring Shape Shake

To conclude our Foodspring Shape Shake review, it’s a bit of a mixed bag – there are things that we like about it and things that we aren’t too blown away by. We think that you’re simply being sold an expensive protein shake, painted as a weight loss shake.

The only weight loss ingredient inside this product is L-Carnitine and it’s so ridiculously under-dosed it’ll do absolutely nothing!
