Introduction
Having higher testosterone levels is something that just about every male bodybuilder or gym enthusiast wants – it’s essentially the key to rapid mass gain (aside from having a correct diet and training routine).
With that being said, it should come as no great surprise to learn that testosterone boosters are one of, if not the most popular types of supplement for weight gain on the market.
One such product, Pure Alpha, has been formulated by the bodybuilder and entrepreneur Aarron Lambo for his own brand Mental Hamster – it promises a wide range of impressive effects and appears to be an attractive proposition to anyone who’s looking for a muscle-building boost!
In this Mental Hamster Pure Alpha review, we are taking an in-depth look into the formula to establish what we personally believe the product is capable of.

What Is Mental Hamster Pure Alpha?
Pure Alpha’s are herbal testosterone booster pills created by a UK-based sports nutrition company named Mental Hamster – a brand founded by the bodybuilder and internet-celebrity Aarron Lambo (Lambo Brothers Ltd).
One bottle of Mental Hamster Pure Alpha costs £29.99, contains 60 gelatin capsules and will last users for exactly 30 days based on the set directions of 2 capsules per day; at the time of writing this review we could only find the product available from the official Mental Hamster Pure Alpha website.
Like the majority of products within the Mental Hamster range, Pure Alpha is a test booster that’s targeted towards male bodybuilders looking to bulk up (as opposed to being targeted towards men who are simply looking to counter the negative effects of lowered testosterone) – the website specifically states that it should not be used by women.
Mental Hamster themselves describe Pure Alpha as a “next generation T-booster”, going on to say it’s designed to help boost natural testosterone levels “when combined with a healthy and balanced lifestyle”.
The Mental Hamster Pure Alpha formula is a complex of D-Aspartic Acid and several other natural herbal extracts. Consumers are told they could potentially see effects such as improved strength and faster muscle recovery, along with elevated testosterone levels of course.
Does Mental Hamster Pure Alpha Work?
Based on our further research, we believe that Mental Hamster Pure Alpha could potentially be a useful supplement for those who are looking to improve their muscle gains, however the whole concept that it’ll “boost testosterone levels” is not factual and based on no concrete scientific evidence.
Analyzing the effectiveness of this product was a little difficult because we are not given the exact ingredients amounts, rather we’re given a proprietary blend (which are illegal to be sold in Europe, but we digress) that only declares a total weight of 1000mg for all ingredients combined.
It seems the most plentiful ingredient inside Mental Hamster Pure Alpha is D-Aspartic Acid (DAA), which has some studies showing it can help elevate free testosterone levels when 3000mg daily is consumed alongside weight training, but of course the total formula weight tells us that it does not contain anywhere near enough for users to see those potential effects.
Another branded ingredient found inside the formula is ZMA, which is a combination of Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6; Zinc has been shown to help contribute towards normal testosterone levels when a minimum of 30mg per day is consumed – again, we don’t actually know how much Zinc is inside, so it’s only speculation that the product may be useful for this (but please note that “contributing towards normal testosterone levels” is not the same as boosting testosterone levels beyond your body’s natural limit).
As we said, Mental Hamster Pure Alpha could still be useful for supporting your training – ingredients like ZMA can help improve your sleep quality, and Fenugreek has studies showing it can help contribute towards body composition when 500mg per day is consumed (but again, we have no idea just how much is inside).

Are There Any Mental Hamster Pure Alpha Reviews From Customers?
We have found the following Mental Hamster Pure Alpha review testimonials via customers online:
Aarron always makes the best supplements and I swear by him for my training tips as well. Happy I gave Pure Alpha’s a try because they really are good, seeing gains by the day.
Didn’t really do anything for me to be honest, but i only use them for a month.
Our Final Verdict On Mental Hamster Pure Alpha
To conclude our Mental Hamster Pure Alpha review, we don’t think it’s too bad, but it isn’t really a “next generation T-booster” in our opinion, the formula isn’t exactly groundbreaking and the overall proprietary blend can’t nearly contain enough DAA to be effective.
Overall we do think that Pure Alpha will help support your athletic performance and could help contribute towards improving body composition, but there’s just simply no concrete scientific evidence to suggest that it’ll actually boost your testosterone levels.
For the price, we don’t think you’re getting too much of a bad deal, but if you’re genuinely looking for the most potent test booster available, we personally don’t think this is it.
