I have used this and a couple other products from NDS. I go back and fourth between products to give my body a rest with each. I use this following the censor gels. I do go on a diet usually no carbs meaning – no bread, pasta, rice or sweets. I still eat carbs and fats in dressings as well as cheese. I did not work out using this product. I lost 31 pounds in a month and a half. My meals were a protein shake in the morning or eggs, snack then a salad or tuna salad for lunch, then a protein mixed with a veggie for dinner. Snacks in between were apples or almonds.
