Introduction
This product claims to be America’s #1 belly fat burner and it apparently works by reducing your stress levels.
In this Relacore review, we’re taking a look at the science behind this product to establish whether it’s something we’d recommend to our readers.

What Is Relacore?
Relacore Extra is a weight loss pill created by a US-based nutrition company named The Carter-Reed Company.
One bottle of Relacore costs $29.99, contains 72 capsules and will last users for 18 days; it is available via the official Relacore website, Walgreens, GNC and Amazon.
Relacore is unlike the majority of other diet pills available – it doesn’t use any conventional weight loss ingredients, rather we’re told that it is designed to improve your mood, which can cause you to stop eating (and thus it helps reduce belly fat). If it’s all sounding very far fetched, that’s because it is, but more on that later.
Does Relacore Work?
Based on our research into this product, we do not believe it will work exactly as we’ve seen it described.
We believe that the formula is capable of boosting user energy levels and may possibly help improve user mood, but it’s our opinion that the concept behind this product is flawed.
We’re told that Relacore causes weight loss by reducing stress-related cortisol levels; the website goes on to say that cortisol levels “cause stress-related belly fat”, which is a complete nonsensical statement.
Firstly, there’s no concrete scientific evidence to suggest that any ingredient inside this product has the ability to reduce / ease the perception of stress. Furthermore, there is not research showing that reducing your stress levels directly leads to a reduction in belly fat.
The Pros & Cons Of Relacore Extra

Are There Any Relacore Reviews From Customers?
We have found the following Relacore review testimonials via customers on Amazon:
Haven’t taken a full month yet(but you cant if you buy just one bottle because there is not enough!). I would say it does help my mood a little and I am a little bit less stressed when I take it but also gives me some jittery feelings some days and not sure why because I do not get any added energy. If stress is the only thing that is putting weight on, then it may help because it does seem to work a little bit on that. As far as being a magic belly melting pill, it is NOT. It does clearly say that this pill is for stress but I still had hope it would have helped more than it does. I thought maybe it would help me get to the gym instead of making excuses (too stressed out or tired at the end of the day), but so far it has not changed that either. Also, you have to take 3 a day, so this is less than a month’s worth of pills, so in that respect, it is priced way too high and a rip off.
Have not seen any weight loss however I do feel that my mood is better and I’m more relaxed on these.
Our Final Verdict On Relacore
To conclude our Relacore review, it’s a bit of a mixed bag – there are things that we like about it and things that we aren’t too blown away by. We’re just not convinced that the concept of this product in general will actually work. Relacore doesn’t really contain any fat burning ingredients to speak of, it’s all based on the theory that reducing your stress levels will lead to natural weight loss, which is entirely circumstantial.
We believe that consumers can expect boosted energy levels (useful for gym-goers), but as Relacore is expensive and has little-to-no scientific evidence to back up the product concept, we are recommending that you seek a different product.
